These are Precision-Cut Vinyl Decals.
There is No Background or Clear Backing. The Background is Whatever You Apply it to.
There is a photo posted which demonstrates how the decals are applied. For best results, I would recommend waiting for at least 20-30 minutes between steps 4 - 5.
These are Adhesive Decals (not easily removable once applied).
