This item is in great vintage condition with RUST and black PATINA,item was not cleaned
It is 7” long please see picture for measurements and 1” across the bracelet.
No idea what kind of metal is in this item selling it as-is!!!

15 coins have a Carretto and carriage and on the other side THE EMBLEM of Sicilia Trinacria head resting on three legs.
