Vintage Brass & Glass ISRAEL STAMP Souvenir Trinket Ashtray Dish Bowl Original
The stamps are from Isreal and they are under glass.  The bottom underside is brass.  This cute little trinket dish is almost 3 inches across and is 3/4 inch deep.  I have had this trinket dish since I was a kid.  My brother took up stamp collecting and I was intrigued by the color and design of these stamps.  It was just the right size to put my jewelry in at the end of the day.
