This is an incredible travel brochure, talking about the great points of interest in visiting this beautiful island nation. It appears this was published in the 1930's, as the highway map is dated 1931 and the artwork on the inside cover is dated 1932. The pictures are kind of hard to see but it looks like 30's era clothing...and the plane looks like it came out of an Indiana Jones movie!
The country is described as "the playground of the Americas". It talks about everything the island nation has to offer...from food, to dining, to historical sights, etc. It describes how to get there...the best way via boats! The hotels went from to .50 a day!
This is an incredible piece of travel memorabilia from a time gone by, before the regime change in the 1950's.
